Joda-Time source code is released under the business-friendly Apache 2.0 license. This is the same license as Ant, Spring, Tomcat and Jakarta.
The JSP tags contributed library is an edited version of code originally from Jakarta Taglibs, now Tomcat Taglibs. As a result, the NOTICE file contains the Apache information clause as well as the Joda-Time information clause as follows:
